Sean "Paddy" Hesketh has just signed for Fax tonight

Wish we could have got him back, tearing it up in the Championship and really do think he could step up

Sean hesketh, never knew he was an ex cas player, I thought he came from fev, and he is a prop.

To be honest, after listening to Millward speaking on Tuesday, it sounds like we will be signing people like Josh Griffin, who have promise but are not quite the finished article. Don't think he would be a bad signing as he certainly has age on his side, it's just a question of can Basil get the best out of him.

I don't think we saw the best of him this year playing in a Wakey team that was up against it from the start of the season. I wouldn't say no to a marquee signing though. I suppose the next month or so will see a few more signings and then we can get some idea of how the squad will look. At least we have the nucleus of a cracking squad and it will just be a question of fine tuning.

He has never been anywhere near being a thug. He has easily been the best back in terms of value for the duration of SL. So he once slotted a soft ex yawnion wimp. If he is committed & up to it physically he would be a great aquisition.
