I know the difference between subtle and 'non-existent because I got caught out on a grammatical error so I played the irony card because I know there is no way anyone can either prove or disprove it'.

Last I saw was the RFL confirming that, whilst Cas had signalled their intention to appeal via the press release, no appeal had actually been logged with the RFL. I'd suspect Cas were taking legal advice first re: chances of success and possible impact on franchise application (as former in-house lawyer for the RFL, Rod Findlay should know a thing or two about that). However, I'd also have thought there'd be a 14 or 28 day limit to when appeals can be lodged. 28 days would be next Tuesday. Maybe waiting for the Crusaders game to be out of the way before announcing it?
