I hope that they'll teach Rourke the Welsh accent.
If it's a Hollywood film, you can bet that he'll end up being an American lad who was born in Wales and emigrated when he was a baby. (No need, then, for learning a Welsh accent). He returns to Pontefract, the South Walean mining village of his birth and then goes on to play soccer for both Pontefract and Wales, scoring the winning touchdown in the 3rd final of the All-England Superbowl 2008 (after all Wales is in England, isn't it?).
Last I saw was the RFL confirming that, whilst Cas had signalled their intention to appeal via the press release, no appeal had actually been logged with the RFL. I'd suspect Cas were taking legal advice first re: chances of success and possible impact on franchise application (as former in-house lawyer for the RFL, Rod Findlay should know a thing or two about that). However, I'd also have thought there'd be a 14 or 28 day limit to when appeals can be lodged. 28 days would be next Tuesday. Maybe waiting for the Crusaders game to be out of the way before announcing it?
By the looks of the release below on the Super League website the appeal should already be in by now, says Cas had 15 days from date of findings (28th June?) to submit and appeal likely to be heard by end July.

Prepare for another shafting then, they arent going to change their minds , or apply this ruling fairly to other forms of abuse.
In short the RFL are a joke , and a pretty bad one at that

It's not justified by your link, no (tbh). Unless by "attention seeking, whingeing, money grabber" you mean Mickey Rourke.
I think it's justified by several other links in this thread, especially considering it relates to a person who wanted to get on with his career and put the whole coming out process and the Cas incident behind him.

Your potentially libellous, overtly subjective offering is the problem, nor in the slightest bit justified by a tenuous link to Mickey Rourke.
Yes, I can see how you are helping to overcome the problems of "perception" highlighted by the RFL.
