Some might look at this as being harsh but I think it's fair. When are the Rugby League going to stop persisting with this fantasy expansion. If it hasn't worked by now, it never will! I'm all for reaching out to a wider audience with our game but not at the expense of historical clubs in the homelands.
I see the attention seeking, whingeing, money grabber is at it again...
Disgraceful. After allowing himself to be abused, he's now allowing people to want to make a film about him. The audacity of the man. He should be stopped before it's too late.

Dont worry he will stop it himself if theres not enough money in it.

I like Bazza. He chose the name of a cross dressing Austalian institutions other persona.....and is your typical Aussie w@nker living in London whilst he tries to get some culture by visiting Prague to get pi55ed on Cheap Star, getting a fondle from a dodgy hooker in amsterdam and eating a snail for a bet when in paris. All of these things will make him a cultural icon when his visa runs out and he is sent the way of his great grandparents....alas, not in chains this time.
NEW COMPETITION COMING SOON!! YOU COULD BE THE NEXT BARRY McKENZIE!! WATCH THIS SPACE!!
I'm a similar build to Gareth Thomas....and have a similar hairstyle and tattoos.
If Dally Messenger from the NRL/VT forum is willing to step in and be my 'stunt double' for any gay sex scenes that may or may not be in the film I'd be more than happy to play him.

It won't even get past the actual writing, nobody wants to watch a film about him nobody outside of Rugby has heard of him, the Americans won't give a toss and there's just no money in it, so no company would pick it up.
Not to mention, without Cas' permission, any use of the clubs name would land them in deep legal trouble as I believe the club name is a trademark.
By the looks of the release below on the Super League website the appeal should already be in by now, says Cas had 15 days from date of findings (28th June?) to submit and appeal likely to be heard by end July.
Well quite a few of our fans, including myself, have wrote or mailed to the RFL regarding the fine and complaining. Everyone of them, certainly myself and all the others I have spoken to, have received the same standard reply. That is that since Castleford have lodged an appeal that it is inappropriate for the RFL to comment on the matter whilst the appeal is still impending.
That suggests strongly that one has been lodged. I would certainly hope so, as as far as I am concerned we have absolutely no case to answer. If it does turn out that we have not lodged one then RW and co. seriously need to be thrown out as they are unbelievably weak.

That's a very good point Bullet. Seriously and I wouldn't kid anyone on, I know of two top solicitors and I mean top, who have let it be known that if our club were to engage them, they would get them off with all charges, log, stock and barrel. I will not go into it, but the RFL would not have a leg to stand on, unless they were wanting to set in place very serious implications I am pretty certain we have lodged an appeal, but if we haven't then quite frankly you are dead right, our club has a leadership that is incredibly weak.
