But the likes of sargent, chase, sherwin etc have been great players and i've been supriseed at how well netherton, feather, evans, jones and widders have done.

sargent is very good 100%er chase shows mega promise and could be a great player for the club Sherwin was below par last season and through injury i doubt we will ever see the best of him. neatherton is learning feather not too sure the size of the lad is immense his impact at time is small, evans jones two good signings widders are you on drugs the bloke was nearly sent home because his fitness levels were well below par he is grossly overweight now and is a bit part player in the team, will always be a injury prone porker.

Perhaps because he is an excellent scrum half who sets up a great deal of tries and organises us around the field, ie exactley what he was supposed to do, he was playing with a busted ankle most of last year and he still came third in the try assists charts.

And no try to his name  His kicking game has lost us as many matches as its won
I have no doubt his injuries have affected his indifferent performances but I can't help thinking that for the big money I assume he's on we could pop over and sign Myler from Salford and have change---food for thought :?:

I wouldn't bother reading this bit, there is nothing interesting, witty or insightful down here, just this collection of boring words explaining that you really are wasting your time browsing this signature in the vain and futile hope that there will be a nugget, nay, a veritable goldmine of witticisms or divine philosophy. In reality, all you're going to get is disappointment, a sense of hopelessness and a random word.

Think we may have some competition from clubs that have a significantly higher budget and are more attractive in terms of winning things.

No not on drugs when widders has been playing he hasnt put a foot wrong, tackled well and drove the ball in, he may look tubby (wish is why some people have such a problem with him and doesnt pay attention to what he does well) but he has a suprising turn of speed and without him we wouldnt have won the bradford game.

Two tries actually. What games did his kicking lose us? And as for myler i'm sure every club in the country wants him, many with a larger checkbook than us. When widnes went bust and he was suddenly out of work we would have been able to sign him, and we probably should have got smith and beswick at the same time.

Is that why with a fit Sherwin at the start of the season we had a positive record and were scoring points for fun and now without him I'm not sure we've won a game.
He leads the team and creates chances for others. That's why we have a nippy stand off to compliment his style.

Exactley, unfortunatley logic like that seems to be lost on many of our fans.

Do you really the young lad will get anywhere near the £££'s a 'proven' Aussie scrum half :?:

Thats just how it appears to work in this country :?
