My issue with the booing is that I estimate that a large percentage of the boo boys were booing because they expected us to do Quins over. I've seen some outrageous predictions around here as of late. We've done nothing in pre-season to suggest we were going to hammer them. Beating a severely depleted Wakefield team and Fev isn't enough reason to suggest we'd even win.
I understand people saying everyone has the right to cheer/boo as they please, they've paid their money and as such that is their choice. Fair enough, but I strongly feel that that sort of reaction comes too soon. We've got a new team that still need time to gel, time to settle in and they've got the potential to be very good. Booing them isn't going to help, they're going to feel frustrated and this will lead to more mistakes which could cost us games.
We're all supporters, how about we get behind our team and support them?
