Fairly standard stuff for this time of year having roughly a third of your first team squad coming off contract. As long as the key positions are wrapped up there's no reason to start a panic just yet.

Apart from money, why would any ambitious player want to take a step backwards and leave Leeds?

Don't they realise how much medals and Grand Final merchandise sell for on Ebay?

Aye. Was more impressed with Owen. Would be a perfect replacement for Smith (if he leaves) and the kid has pace as well so maybe an improvement I really liked the kid when he incurred the wrath of little big man (Ganson) on the half time whistle.

Good shout G1, he's also got that little big of confidence/arrogance that's good to see in a young player.

And he can play full-back too, which according to some on here would be a real weakness if Smith leaves.
