first 20 we were excellent and created plenty. like I said, get the penalty go 2-0 and its game over.
the ridiculously small squad is hurting us. that 25m wasted on james should have been spent elsewhere. mondoubtvwe will be fine but more investment is needed next year

Only two draws though against 2 of the teams that are no doubt going to be in and around the relegation battle

both away though. burnley is a horrible difficult place to go. that was a good point. ladt night was 2 dropped. early days and g feedback we'll be ok. need investment for next season though. this one is all about consolidation

the investment comes from within. bielsa,will def go, and that may or may not be a good thing, and after 2 years your pretty much established.
now the dust has settled if we had won one game then we'd be comfortable in mid table. good signs last night and I'm sure a win is close. I'd like mike dean, and VAR, to explain how that wasnt a penalty. 2-0, the crowd turns and its game over. fine margins

Can`t understand how the pen was missed by the officials either.
Isn`t someone if not the ref supposed to be checking these things?
Then again Bamford would probably have scuffed it and watched it roll to the keeper
Be interesting to see what team plays on Tuesday and again against West Ham.
I think Roberts 1 average game in 20 is due soon so you never know.
Think like I said at the start of the season we will be bottom 6 with the squad we have.

I agree. however we did miss too many chances and bamford was very poor.
I really fear for newcastle. one man team. st maximin was supurb friday but is very injury prone
