There is a car park next to a pub called three piegons its across from stadium is only £2 to park on there.

Do they still have the park and ride, I think it was based at a college last time we were there?

Plus, there's the one around the back of McDonalds, not sure about clamping/tickets in there though.

Yes they do have park and ride, that's what Ive mentioned in my last post, don't bother with McDonald's.

Avoid Tesco's (in general and at Warrington, I've had a ticket before despite actually shopping there!). We ended up outside some dodgy looking snooker place last year, no problems though.
