Seeing Buderus play live for Newcastle only a couple of years back, I can honestly say it was one of the best hookers performances I've ever seen. I'm confident that once he gets fitter and the pitches get drier you'll see the best of him.

You obviously haven't played sport then have you. Buderus has been injured from a long time. While he may be physically fit he is not match fit. And don't say well don't play him then because you only get match fit by playing in matches. I'm not defending him just because he pulls on a rhinos shirt it is just fact

Then put him in reserve grade to gain match fitness, or is that beneath such superstars? Webb is also not back to match fitness all this shuffling and dancing rather than driving the ball into the forwards (get him to watch Briscoe's performance yesterday). Put them both in the reserves and let them know they are not the superstars they obviously think they are. Saints put Meli in their reserve grade on his belated return and look how they are performing.

I think Webb has still got his injury at the back of his mind, and has not got the confidence in his body yet. That will come.

Why do 2 players trying to gain match fitness suddenly come to them thinking they are superstars? I dont see what is obvious about it at all.....

Can you give me examples of when either have, this season, thought they were superstars? Please also make sure they are obvious examples to back up your argument.

Its all well and good criticising them (I am actually not sure why by the way) but its not Buderus and Webb picking the team is it.

Then build his confidence in the reserves.

Why? FWIW I think Webb has been doing ok and is getting better and obviously more match fit in each match.
What is our other option? Put BJB in at full back? He is also coming straight back from a serious injury and is in the same position as Webb, without the experience.

who would you then play at FB with Smith out injured?

with no webb last night, please put what your back line would have been last night.....remember no BJB as he is just back from injury and gaining match fitness too.

I guess something like;

Hall
Gibson
Ablett
Senior
Watkins
McGuire
Burrow

Please let me know what yours would have been......

Actually, would we be able to use Gibson as he is still coming back from an injury as well isnt he?

Could put smith in. But anyway putting our best players in the reserve team won't make them better!

So you would rather play Smith who is injured, to Webb who isnt.....

I dont see how that would work personally....
