For utility value I would put him much better than that. For specific position you would be right, but utility he is as good as all the top teams have.

At the moment I see him as a jack of a couple of trades but a master of none. I think that will come as I was surprised to read he is still only 22. I would see him as an investment (or gamble) for a top team. I can't see Leeds needing him any time in the next few years.

Given he's returning to be near his partner who is pregnant and lives in Manchester, I'm not sure how you've come to that conclusion?

At that age it should come as no surprise that his partner/girlfriend could become pregnant so that should have formed part of his decision.
You don't think an agent whispering about money in his ear had anything to do with his decision?

Even if we hadn't have signed Ferres I would've said no to signing him.

Actually think he's a decent player who offers good utility but that's not what we needed, we needed a starter in the 2nd row and we got one.
