Tindall’s reading of the game is nowhere near good enough yet to play full back

I am however glad he’s getting a run, he’s young and he will learn

The last thing this team needs is Smith at half back - his ability to way up situations is far two slow for him to play 6 or 7. The only way Leeds don't win last night is to give a penalty away on the last set - so Smith does just that!!! For a kid who was supposed to be the next Ellery what has happened? - the development at Leeds of young players is truly shocking.

(Walker, Newman, Holdroyd)

Agree 100%. There's a load of debate about the quality of signings but questions ought to be asked about standards elsewhere in the club. We seem to produce a fair number of SL standard players but very few to a top 4 club standard. And as for spine positions...

I reckon it will be Handley at FB, Briscoe back on the wing, Broadbent in at centre and Sutcliffe back in the halves with Austin

JJB says Sutcliffe is exceptional with the ball in his hands wherever he plays! Maybe thats why his passing is so poor if hes exceptional at holding it!

Not by the sound of the press conference stating they'll do some work with sutcliffe at full back.
