Our right edge looked weak, perhaps understandably. Roberts looked good, but was it Tindall who came in off the wing to 'help' Roberts and set up Leigh's first try. I don't know if it drives coaches mad but it does my head in.
Interesting post match comments by Smith, especially his views on the halves not playing on predermined sides of the field. Really doesn't do orthodox this guy, does he? Breath of fresh air to be honest. The game's so formatted now that any coach prepared to experiment should be applauded almost regardless of results.
Maybe unsurprising given the positional dicking about pre season. Hopefully it doesn't take too long for things to click, assuming we're switching to a more orthodox set up from here on in.
