That is the worst defeat in Super League history.
Totally shambolic.

But hopefully it's a blessing in disguise.
Smith simply has to go now.
He is unable to coach at this level and has been completely found out.

We can't let him bring a load more mediocre garbage in the next off season.
Time for Gary to go on a scouting mission and get someone in place to take the team in to next season.
Someone with basic coaching skills would be good.

Utterly humiliating that today. Thought the loss to Bradford in the cup was as bad as it got. The bars been lowered again.

To get beaten by the worst team in SUper League by a country mile (unless that is the Rhinos of course ) is just NOT acceptable.
Maybe we need new ownership with fresh ideas / business acumen / an eye for quality players.

It’s not been the case every week but today I’d hazard a guess that the majority of our salary cap was sat in the stands.

Why on earth would we trust GH to make another major decision? You can count how many good decisions he's made in the last 6 years on one hand if you'd lost 3 fingers. Allowing him to continue making major rugby decisions is accepting we won't compete again, and this time next season we can write off the season again.

GH has to step down.

I don't trust him.
But he isn't going to step down.
The least he can do is admit he made a mistake with Smith and start again.
We must go for experience now with the position we are in.

Then we accept we'll never compete again and this time next season we can send GH back on another scouting trip to pick the next dud.

Does anyone still want to 'see what happens' in the off season? RS making calls on recruitment and retention that we will be stuck in a cycle for years with again. 15 games in and we are at as low an ebb as we've been, keep the injuries excuse thats not why we were bad, and wakey were missing lots too.

We might have actually had a good coach in Dave Furner ,but our ' Head of Diversity ' or whatever he is called went squealing to GH
