Fans work hard for the money they earn and surely they should be able to expect a reasonable level of performance?

Whilst it isn't edifying when fans behave in a certain manner but what do you expect supporters to do?

Are they just supposed to swallow the rubbish that is being put on the field - in which case how will the powers that be/players/coaches understand that things have to improve.

If you have bought a season ticket what are the options - the club are going to refund the balance of the ticket - what as promised hasn't materialised on the pitch, you don't go and waste the money or you go and vent your spleen?

This was an away game so season tickets irrelevant.

And no, you don’t have a right just to vent your spleen if it is intimidating and toxic to the kids and families, family members of players included. What about my right to go to a game with my hard/earned cash and precious time without having to listen to drivel from a load of vexed up yobs with no class or self control?

I didn’t love the performance either but a section in that Leeds crowd made it ten times worse to attend.

Let all the doubters keep doubting and those who believe keep believing.

We’re only interested in those in the bubble. Anyone who wants to come in the bubble, you can come in.

But you’ve got to keep believing.

Totally agree with this. That sort of fan is a cancer on our club and their non-stop inane drivel made yesterday really hard to watch, much more than what was happening on the field.

Can only assume that those who say they are OK with this kind of behaviour didn't actually attend the game. It was ugly and sustained. Not just kids either, I spotted a couple old enough to be grandads behaving like toddlers. People who behave in this way just seem to have a bizarre and very self centred sense of entitlement. Whether you think the coaches race is run or not, he's still trying to do a tough job under lots of pressure to the best of his ability. I don't know why that incites so much hatred.

The South Stand is full of these idiots , I decided to get a season ticket this year, probably won't bother again, could do without the drummer too !

It's nice to see some others felt the same way as me. I think at one point there was a little fight among the group, which was interesting.

Totally agree with comments above, I realise vast majority on here think RS's race is run but Clueso on the head there.

Also players, as not-good-enough-for-Leeds as they may be, go out there and put their bodies in the line of fire for your entertainment every week. Anyone who has earned the right to cross the whitewash deserves respect in my view. Nobody is out there in a Leeds shirt trying to have a bad day - sections of the crowd booing them and calling for their head is not "support" any more, it's mob rules.

For what it's worth, those fans have definitely got through to RS this year, he looked angry in the presser. Can only imagine what the players think, including some really good ones we need to keep at the club if we are going to move forward. If I'm Brodie Croft I'm on the phone to my manager saying "get me out of this hole" frankly.

The singers are great on the whole, sometimes funny, create atmosphere and it's all part of the game. Hull just felt nasty, personal and toxic - felt embarrassed to be a Leeds fan frankly and be associated with it all.

Well said Jim. All of those things and totally counter productive. Why would anyone come to play for or coach a club with a toxic mob ready to hurl abuse at them.

Another performance was totally unacceptable for a "professional" side. Once again no structure, lack of gameplay and poor defence.

Personally don't mind chanting /grumbles etc against the team. Any level of violence shouldn't be tolerated. Didn't go to the ge so don't know the extent of it but fans have the right to be vexed off at current set up

Going to be controversial as well - watching from home, I actually liked a few of Frawley's contributions in the first half. Frawley is getting tons of stick for some of the errors, but Croft is hardly taking control regularly enough either.

I'm a bit more worried about Miller who is really struggling in decision making. If only Cameron Smith had the same pace and agility - with his footballing brain it would make one hell of a player.

As Smith pointed out, defence was actually pretty decent, and Hull have some monster forwards that our pack managed to handle without it feeling that the result was ever in doubt. The problem was the failure of the attack to click again, and to convert scoring opportunities. It didn't help that Miller was the only first choice outside back on the field after Momirovski left the field, which was a shame as the Momster was playing pretty well in his combination with Lumb.

Searching for more positives, how about this: however bad our makeshift backline may have been, I wouldn't swap any of them for Sutcliffe and Tindall - completely anonymous. Has Tindall scored any tries yet in his Hull career?

Oh yes, and we won. And despite the doom and gloom, we're only 4 points off the league leaders, with a game against London to come. That's not latter day Furner or Agar territory yet. Things may well get worse but they could get better as well...

smiths brain? he killed virtually every move. Time and again a simple pass would have seen us have the numbers but he ran it and took the tackle
