What I would say is we need:-
Keeper
Centre-Back
Ball winning midfielder
Striker

Keeper - Hopefully bring one in. If not give one of the youngsters a shot? We've brought some good keepers through in the past. Robinson & Carson rather recently. Always an option.

CB - Hopefully Sodje. If he actually likes the club as much as he says and we make an offer for him, it should be an easy choice for him.

Agreed on both counts. Unfortunately, there was talk of Sodje going to Bristol City, which is nearer his home and in a higher division, so I can see why he'd take that one up.

Oh, and Matt, you're right, a new right-back would be nice as well.

Dissapointed in Beckford to be honest but not suprised he turned down a new deal. Sounds to me his agent has tried to push for a big increase given his goals and only having 1 year left and bates is having none of it. Just hope bates isn't cutting off his nose to spite his face..

I think we'll be ok though - we should be a big enough club to bring someone in of the right quality.
