The cheap and easy option.

He's done his bit now, thanks very much, but time for a proven quality coach to come in and change things up it's a huge task.That's my view but i tend to agree i feel we will go with him.

I’m not sure. I think Agar is quite risk averse at this stage and may prefer a back room position still.

He will be involved but if the right candidate is out there we might bring them in.

I’m not saying another coach than Agar couldn’t have kept us up this year, but it wasn’t a shoe-in either. I am hugely appreciative of Agar’s work this year.

Sad thing is that we are not that far away from Wire, Hull FC etc.. and with Saints bottle jobbing i would even give this rabble an outside chance if they made it

We absolutely should be taking Saints as the benchmark to get past; playing squad and behind the scenes too.

On that basis we’re still a couple of seasons off, more than likely.

We just have to get our recruitment sorted once and for all.

Yes joking apart we are, or should be, miles behind top 5 with current playing squad but truth is we are only a good coach away from top 5. We need more quality to get to Saints level, they are miles ahead and if it wasn't for the comedy factor of watching them choke they would canter to the SL title and deserve to.
