Kick on and move up the table?

It will likely just be a punctuation mark in another losing run as our next games include saints, warrington wigan and huddserfield. None at headingley.

Who do huddersfield play at magic weekend? How the f*ck were those fixtures decided again?

McDermott didn't seem happy after game. Mentioned stuff going on behind the scenes in his usual cryptic way, but sounded like he had had enough to me.

Maybe just me reading too much into it.

Next two games dictate how the season goes. Saints are a bit weird, last week look very good beating Warrigton away, last night look very poor losing to Catalans. They've turned into a very Jekyll and Hyde team and IF it's a dry day and we can pass it around we saw last year that they don't like facing that against us.

Then Hudds, won tonight but obviously still hasn't been a great season for them. Us vs them is always close so could come down to one bad decision or error.

It wasn't really picked up at the time (because of our situation and a loss) but I remember he said something similar after one of the first defeats of the year (can't remember which one) and I thought at the time is he not entirely happy with the behind the scenes stuff.

Most agree he's a very stubborn guy, so if he isn't being signed the players he wants, or allowed to sell the players he wants then how long does a very stubborn guy put up with that? Remember this is a guy who apparently REFUSES to have an assistant, if he can refuse an assistant then why would he put up with not having the squad he wants?

Huddersfield play St Helens.

He is an infuriating man. Credit where it is due though, he got his team selection spit on, I thought before game it was silly, but he was right. Although with Ablett in that second half was shocking. He was dead within five minutes of second half, and costing us, but he kept him out there. Had Hull used their heads and ran at Ablett there was plenty score in it.

From the game, Finally, we have a captain performance. Thought Lilley was superb throughout, and really linked well with Hardaker in controlling that second half. Forwards set a good platform, and Burrow played as an hooker,band completely tore them apart with the running. Handley for me gets better and better.

Mr Cobb was a joke and way out of his depth.

One good thing to come out of this poor season, we won't play wigan at Magic in 2017

Well played. Turned into a decent game despite the rain. Could have gone either way which is ultimately what we want to see.
Thought you played the conditions better especially in the first 20.

On the game, i thought it was even and a draw would probably have been a fair result on balance.It was a desperate scrap at times but for a game played in a down pour it wasn't too bad.

From a Leeds perspective, Can't fault the effort at all tonight they fought hard for the points even though our lack of ideas in the opposition 20 are still clear as day.
