Hate football - love Ken Bates

He's currently defending a libel case at Leeds Crown Court after calling a former director of LUFC a "Shyster" in the matchday programme.

His defence is "fair comment"

It's not just that which has brought Melvyn Levi to sue though - it's repeated allegations in Bates' programme column together with the publication of Levi's home address.

Hopefully Levi will win substantial damages from the tax evading, lying fraudster - what's fair comment for the goose, Papa Smurf...

Back to all things LUFC, i think we will get a firm off from villa for delph now that they've sold barry.

A mate with connections with Fulham tell me they are very intrested, I wouldn't be suprised if he was playing there next year
