Seemed like the only two to agree was yourself and Juan but then again you two always feel everything is Hardaker's fault. Surprised you two haven't blamed him for 9/11 or the death of Princess Diana.

If you insist on dragging me into your argument by then at least try and get your facts right.

Firstly Sal and I are not alone in suggesting that Hardaker falls short in the skills department much to the shagrin of Zak's fan club. Secondly no one has said that everything is Hardakers fault and thirdly we have praised ZH for his defence while being critical of his lack of creativity and class in attack (but have given due credit for metres made) On occasions when others have been singled out for errors in defense I have pointed out some of the times when Zak too has made defensive errors which is overlooked by many.

Sutcliffe was a bit slow to get to the 40/20 but you could say so was Hall. Hardaker may or may not have done better but it was a good kick.

I do think that Briscoe could not have been worse than Handley for both the two second half tries and I think he would also have made the try assist pass that Handley failed with.

Apart from your inability to 'c' properly (chagrin and defence) .....I do have to agree with you. It is still puzzling however why you considered BJB to be the better all round FB :?

Handley was as clearly at fault for the Cas try at start of second half as he was for the last. Sutcliffes efforts for the 40/20 and the tackle on Millington were poor.

I also agree with tvoc's suttle dig though, which gets lost on some posters who continually defend the team.

I agree with your first paragraph and had spotted my old sparring pal tvoc's remarks which you have to qualify due to his position as a founder member of the 'doom-mongers club' (DMC) I was relaxed when he was predicting against Leeds, when we were doing so well earlier in the season, but since he started tipping Leeds to win...well you know what has happened and worse still he has deserted his coaching hero and is now predicting against Warrington ....... I wonder if there are any application forms left to join the DMC ?

Sorry about the typos. My defence of defense is that at least I was right the first time.

Now having been gracious enough to agree that my views had been misquoted by the Printer you go and do the same yourself.

Did I really say BJB was "better all round"? I think my comments were in the context of BJB's better attacking skills with deceptive, speedy and silky running style. I am on record for praising Haraker's defensive abilities.

Seems to me that this board is having a bit of a mid season slump to mirror the teams. Over the last week or two it has decended into a personal slanging match between 2 small polarised camps. In effect, to quote the bard "full of sound and fury signifying nothing". Hopefully normal service will be resumed in both team and board soon.

Precisely why generally anyone under a certain age doesn't even bother posting on here anymore. Friendly fire from both sides. Same old farts arguing against other old farts about points of view nobody else cares about. Neither side are going to convince the other side any different, yet week after week, game after game the usual suspects are out in force, droning on about naff all, pulling up spelling, grammar or tepid pov for nothing except to trott out a tired mantra or absolve / apportion their acolytes of blame

Believist? Doom Monger? Who cares!

Depressing innit? Well actually it's not, but it is kinda sad. I used to really enjoy coming on here but maybe this format has met its demise: this forum still has some kinda life left in it. Others seemed to have died altogether.

I guess I'm gonna have to move with the times (always reticently) and join twitter (whatever it is exactly :? )

Over the last week or 2? It's been like this for years.

I know, but there used to be a slightly better ratio of viewpoints.
