He sounds like he's not keen on continuing his administrative role after this season at Hull FC as he prefers the hands on role with the team and improving their performance.
I wonder if he would be interested in returning to the Rhinos if a decent offer came his way? IMO he would be a great conditioner/Player trainer and he certainly comes with the very highest playing credentials and he has also seen first hand the fruits of the NRL and their advanced conditioning and coaching whilst he was at the Tigers. He has been away from the club long enough now to enable him to walk in and create that role for himself and to reinvigorate our whole training regime.
He would be an ideal role model to bring back the Rhinos culture to the club

Who could blame Ryan for wishing to try his luck in the NRL? He has given the club tremendous service over the years and has also won every trophy there is to win over here.

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.
If downgrading from Hall to Luke Briscoe doesn't lead to a ct least one major signing there have to be serious questions as to how our cap is being managed.
