Agar failed at Hull failed at Wakey and is derided by Warrington fans for his stint behind the scenes in his last gig. Now he has scraped a few wins to barely keep us up with all the resources we have and the luxury of mid season signings and it qualifies him to take arguably the biggest job in british RL?? It is what it is but it baffles me how any Leeds fan can be ok with this.
Personally I don’t care what he’s done in the past, I care what he’s going to do in the future.
We don’t know who else has applied or who the other options are, I’ll judge him on how he goes next year and the year after if he’s still in the job, this transition period was always going to take at least 3 years
An coach from the NRL is no guarantee of success, Furner was praised in here (including by myself) and look how that turned out.
