From our seats it was clear steward got removed but Salford fan was left alone and if anything won his argument with other headingley staff

If its what ive been told the steward will never work at Headingley again.

No doubt it has it was just a simple question about what looked like a unpleasant incident. Just unusual to see a member of staff being dragged away

The incident was a strange one as a couple more Salford fans either joined in or tried to restrain the original fan. The fact that the steward was hauled away by other stewards suggests he said something really nasty. Stewards do have a difficult job at times but they have to be calm and not react in a bad way to criticism.
The days of having boys in blue were much better!

I was attempting an ironic quip at the amount on here that say “ive been told” and “if its what ive heard” in regards to rumours, and specifically this weekend about Gale, but never actually tell you anything. In reality i have no clue what happened with the stewards and Salford fans.
