Probably best not to open that whole "exit from administration" can of worms again, otherwise I'll be accused of being a bitter City fan for expressing an opinion.

The most amazing part of the whole court action is that a judgement which awards £50k in damages should have a legal cost of £1.5million and that a law company would offer to proceed with a case on a no-win-no-fee basis when they then run up costs of "just shy of £1mill"

My old motto "Don't feed the lawyers" seems appropriate at this juncture...
