We certainly cannot wait until next season for a new coaching team, and it needs to be a new team not just one coach.

Sadly I think you are right, I think on sky they said Cas made 11 errors in first 20 odd minutes of the second half and they made loads in the first half. Against a decent team with real pace we would have been slaughtered today.

Thought we competed well today with team we had out to be fair. Were off in attack but our backline is so depleted and Austin inj didnt help so its understandable.

They was there for the taking but with the team we had we did ok.

I expected a drubbing today but Easter Monday are always scrappy.

I was very critical of selecting 2 x 17 yr olds with next to no preparation time and I stand by that but both did well especially defensively. Gannon was excellent.

Overall im not disappointed with that really but weve now lost Austin for Friday.

Season from hell over again.

If I’m looking for positives, Simpson and Sinfield did well today, better than we might reasonably have expected. Gannon plays above his years, it’s just a shame they’re surrounded by abject mediocrity in almost every other pair of boots.

True up to a point. But we've never any dummy runners or players running angles. Aren't we even trying to coach these basics?

I'm glad the kids did well and no injuries.

I think the poor squad balance with the unlucky injuries added to the stupid bans ( mostly) is just starting to tell.

It's not panic stations yet but we do have to start putting in some good performances free of daft penalties
