Another free signing in Patrick Kisnorbo, dont ever remember seeing him play so i dont know how good or bad he is but he didn't play many games for Leicester last season.
Would rather we got Sodje in but hopefully he will be joining aswell although i haven't heard anything about him lately.

His absence from playing last year was as much about the foxes form and him and pearson not seeing eye to eye.
I personally think it's a good signing at this level especially when championship clubs wanted him.
I can't see us signing sodje now tbh unless we manage to ditch michalik!!
We've stll got a couple of trialists aswell so maybe grayson is waiting to see them in a match situation.
I think we still have a decent squad but much will depend on who else leaves,i'd expect to see kandol,sheehan,prutton and michalik leave at least plus i wouldn't be surprised to see delph and beckford sold.
I hope papa smurf is gonna give grayson money to spend because i can't see us getting promoted on freebies and loans

If we keep Becks and delph there is no reason why we couldn't get promoted this season. The squad is stronger, and the form since Grayson got his feet under the table was easily promotion form.

I would only expect Bates to put his hand in his pocket, when we get promoted to the Championship, then the club goes from being a team fallen on hard time to a club with serious potential.

I don't think spending loads is the way out of this league. I don't think any of the clubs who have gone up over the last 2 years have spent loads, they have achieved it with a god squad, and players wanting to play for the club.

Look at what peterbrough,swansea and leicster spent!!!
They all spent more than we have and i agree we have as good a chance as any IF we keep delph and beckford but lets be serious if they don't go before the august deadline they'll be gone in january which will have a worse impact imo.
I'm not saying spend loads but investment needs to be made imo not least for a reliable keeper,a midfield anchor and a creative midfielder to compete with killa for a place.

Everyone has spent more than we have, I can't remember a fee being piad for a while, but the squad we had last season was good enough, it just wasnt functioning under McAllister.

We now have 3 more players (replacements for poorer players in theory), plus people like Kandol, Prutton and Johnson who I think will have a chance to prove themselves
