We were after Nicholls but we couldn't get him so we got Livermore instead. About a week after Nicholls was suddenlyy available to buy so we snapped him up and told Livermore to move on.

Karma really as he helped Hull get promoted to the premiership not long after and we were stuck with one of the worst players I've ever seen in a Leeds shirt!

Nicholls was gash, one of the few MF's with a radar bigger than the atlantic, passes were going all over the place.

Remember when he had been made captain and we were playing at home the year we went down (think we might have been playing Palace, was a team like that anyway) and it just looked from his body language like he was trying to cost us the game and was one of the laziest half arsed performances I've ever seen, came away from the game thinking he might be trying to cost us it. About 2 weeks after he said he didn't want to play for us anymore and he stuck in our reserves until we could get rid. Was an awful player!

He'd already won the world cup when he played for us and he was already at Milan. We loaned him from them. Didn't we?...Right? Am I right?

No we conceeded 24 goals in 7 games and he was Sent Off on his debut but who cares!, He scored two goals against Manchester United... ...
