I remember though that day that Ian Holloway was really ill and had discharged himself from hospital to be at the game. He still looked like sh1tt stood there at the game.

Either that had an effect on the game or Deano was just International quality that day!

I bet he felt like a sweaty pigs anus after Deane took them to the cleaners. They must have been really, really bad for Deane to score that many.

Yeah I was there it was one of those games where every time we had a chance on goal we seemed to score but we could have easily got a few more and we missed a penalty too. We weren't that good either, they were just really really poor. Probably explains why Deano got 4 goals!

Think even then if Deane got a goal past you, it would take all the other teams confidence away cos he was well past it by theen never mind getting 4 of them!

That was the first ever Leeds utd match i ever took my girlfriend to! My mate was so impressed by her "luck" he tried to get me to take her every week!

She never saw any Leeds team lose a game that i took her to......
