I was saying this towards the back end of last season when Peacock looked to be shattered by McLennan's insistence on having him on the park for 70 minutes a game. What footwork he had has gone, his offload game has gone and he generally looks like he's having to make a massive effort to drag his body around the field at times.
I'll stand back and put the tin helmet on for the replies, but the current Jamie Peacock is a shadow of the player in his first season at Leeds. I'll give it another season tops before he ends up a shell of his former self like Fielden.
If Bailey had shown the rank indiscipline Peacock has this season he would have got slaughtered on here.
