Just because GH says/intimates/allows the rumour that we are at full cap, do not assume that is the case. Forked tongue & all that. It is within his interests for all Rhinos fans to believe that we are spending full cap.

Can't say I've heard any tales of him getting into scraps while peed up out on the town. brough has his faults but any problem he has arent potentially criminal.
