Only just. It's still the last thing I remember Ganson doing in a Leeds game. It's not as if I'm still complaining about Leeds getting penalised for Burrow holding his hands out at acting half.
There was another classic piece of Ganson miss-management in Friday's game at Wigan. He correctly penalised Tomkins for dissent, he perhaps was even right to have a fatherly word of advise to the young man but then that old Ganson red mist descended when Tomkins fully accepted the referree's decision. Result ten in the bin.
Receiving his comuppence at the end of the long arm of the law (Wigan fan was he?) would have made equally good tv.
