Never picked up a golf bat in my life (apart from at Whitby on the crazy golf).

My perception of the game and golf clubs themselves isn't very enticing.

I play off a 6 handicap. It is the most frustrating game in the world!

In answer to the person who asked about how Handicaps were worked out - it is more complicated than explaining the Football offside rule!! Its all based around how many under par you are to your handicap, what the 'standard scratch' for the course is and what 'category you fall into with your current handicap!

Same here, my directors at work are golf mad and the bitching about club etiquette and social standing is unreal.
