I have no qualms personally about the penalties, as i think refs act too fast and harshly on Bailey, and in a lot of cases he gets penalised for things others would not.
His tackle stats there are excellent, especially the no misses for a prop.
Defend him most of time personally, although I will say those average metres gained are not great.
