| Full strength side v full strength side, on top form, I'd go Saints every time (although not by a large margin).
However, over the course of the season, I worry that our paper thin squad will struggle to go the distance and still can't see past a repeat of the last 2 seasons - Saints for the CC, Leeds for the SL.

This has turned into a Leeds bitchfest...
I just think Leeds and Saints are so far ahead of everyone it is embarrassing so generally I only compare us with you as you're the only side I believe capable of stopping us and vice versa unless either put in a woeful performance. It is the simple things which have surprised me with Leeds so far this season. For instance.....
Defensively Leeds are not anywhere near as good as Saints right now.
Going forward I feel you could play all day and not score anywhere near enough times to beat us at the moment.
Saints' forwards are bullying Leeds', which I haven't seen happen for a long time.
Leeds have no structure at all and are tactically way out from previous years.
In general, Leeds have gone backwards when I expected this to be the year when they would really dominate and win the double.
Anyway, I'm sure it will improve hugely and there will be some huge games between us yet to come this season.

It’s always nice to point out ones inadequacies.
Although you will insist otherwise your post is nothing but a veiled, slightly disguised dig at Leeds.
Trolling is too strong a word for your posts but they’re definite attempts to provoke negative responses.

| Quote Cragganmore Kid="Cragganmore Kid"Take your point on a minority of fans getting carried away, but the Celtic game was played in atrocious conditions and we came away with 2 pts - hardly an embarassment in the circumstances - and I don't think we'll be only top team to drop points to HKR.'"
Fair comment. I just threw those comments in to balance some of the more extreme hyperbolic witterings from some of your fellow fans.
I like Potters recent comments on the game. I think you have dropped on a real gem there.
Quote Cragganmore Kid
Saints’ boss Mick Potter was delighted with his side’s 22 points to 18 victory over rivals Leeds Rhinos.
But he admitted he was nervous late on in the second half.
“I’m very happy with the players and the way they performed, we always knew it was going to be a difficult match. Although the scoreline was at ten points for a lot of the second half, it was a little scary... it’s not good for coaches.”'"

| I think the fact that we have added Puletua and you've missed out on Eastwood and are forced to play Ablett (who is cack) has made a big difference.
One thing that stood out for me at Old Trafford was the size of your second row compared to ours (e.g. JJB/Lauitiiti against Wilkin/Gilmour) making your pack much stronger - not the case so far this season.

We all have them!
Unlike Potter, I have to say I always thought we had enough and never really felt the game was in the balance.
That is, of course, apart from the last play of the match when I thought you were about to do us with a Wide To West of your own!!
