You really can't argue with the recruitment approach the club is taking.
All the players we have brought in are in their 20's.
And we're not giving silly deals to those in their 30's and we're letting them go (Hardaker, Thompson, Prior).
It's a sensible strategy.
The likes of Leutele, Langi, Taupau, JWH don't fit that bill.
The incoming centre will be in the same mould as the other signings I expect. In their 20's and not necessarily a superstar.
We might not win stuff next year, but this is trying to build a competitive squad for the future.
Much prefer this strategy to short-termism, big name signings (e.g. Wire).
