JJB still has lots of energy but can't do it for eighty minutes. It's blindingly obvious to most people apart from Brian mac that he would be better for doing the first 25 minutes. Then replace him ,give him a breather and send back when the need arises agree about ablett. He has hit a dip in form, may do him some good to have a week off. Clutching at straws maybe last nights shocker was the result of having 2 hard fought previous matches in hull and Wigan. Certainly we looked drained of energy. Also noticed some of the body language of some players was not good. Reminded me of various times in the game at cas when we were walloped. Should imagine the saints /hull match will be a full blooded affair so will be a benefit to us.

Agree with comments about spelling JJB. I watched Ablett for about 5 minutes last night and he looked like a guy with an injury, possibly lower back or groin. He was struggling to get off ground, back in defensive line and then off the line.
If he is injured he should have been given more rest with jimmy k on. If he is fully fit he should have been given more rest time with jimmy k on because his level of performance was poor.
The use of these 2 and playing ferres v hull when he did not look ready are IMO errors that sit at MCD's door. Not having better reserves sits at GH/academy door. Needs some new blood in back row.

Perhaps he could, but that wouldnt have had a meaningful impact on quite how bad, as individuals, the team were.

After a team night out at the cricket Cuthbertson last night wrote on Twitter Comes a point in life when u realise only one person matters!

First comment underneath is from Brett ferres with "Mac".

Make of that what you will. Maybe (hopefully) it means absolutely nothing.

Im aware posting this could result in 2+2=5 but I wondered if anyone else had seen this and had any thoughts

Even if this has nothing to do with out coach, makes you wonder if cuthbos happy in his situation at the moment.
