Not sure if we can blame them for reporting it if Burgess talks about it every time somebody pops a microphone in front of him. The most telling thing in these reports is that it always comes across has his retirement plan. In other words, not while the NRL still wants me, but maybe some day. No matter how good he is ( and he's been excellent) we shouldn't be throwing big money at prop forwards in their thirties. |
