Why would Leeds bother marching to a building site three years ago?

Every player in our squad could probably earn more money with another club. But they prefer to sacrifice a few extra quid in their back pocket to share special memories. And playing at a place like Old Trafford on a night like this makes it all worthwhile.

I would expect that the "two best clubs in Superleague" could better that.

And as I said the £15 average ticket was way on the low side for Headingley.

It is a big loss in revenue, do you agree?
As you've failed to answer the question I am pleased TVOC has done it for you.

Would you like to revise your fag packet calculations?

I appreciate Saints are a much better team than Wigan but they don't have the same support do they?

Why so glum (apart from your usual sunny disposition), Leeds are still scoring more and conceding less than St Helens are.

He's probably unnecessarily worried about the frailties of our right centre like the rest of you.

It wasn't the right centre at Warrington, it was the other right or left as I sometimes call it.

Without Keith Senior Leeds have an issue both sides.

So Gibson did a good job in the right centre?

So we have our right centre after all and when Senior's knuckles have been sufficiently rapped for selling medals he can play on the left and Watkins can be nurse-maided again.

So what was the problem?

Leeds and Saints have actually had pretty similar opening games so comparsons are quite valid.

Warrington - Leeds were away and Saints at home. Leeds were never behind, and played with a patched up team after a very high intensity game at the weekend. saints had to overcome a significant defecit to win with a mostly full strength squad

Hull KR - Leeds were away, Saints at home. What I would call a professional performance from leeds. Didn't play well, but were the better team, and ground out a win. Saints led more than once, but couldn't close the game out

Crusaders -Saints away, leeds home. Leeds finished the game off inside 20 mins, then eased off the gas for the next 60. Saints struggled to make an impact, and would have been a lot less comfortable in the later stages than we were.
