1st & foremost performance is & always will be the most important factor for me the rest follows on.
Lets also get one thing clear don't drag me into yer petty name calling tit for tat "cheerleaders" etc 30+ page BS.
I have my own opinions & make them on what i see & hear from attending games.
If coulda woulda shoulda etc aren't rellevant the reaction was to a pathetic rudderless 80 minutes of RL after a p!$$ poor year & as for your sarcastic response it doesn't alter the fact he bigged up that game signalling an intent to his team making a point it backfired & he then backtracked those are facts.
We (imo) more than any team have the most improvement & ground to make up from last year so what Leigh/Wigan do in pre-season really isn't a comparison worth making.
What WE DO as a Club/Team is & always will be the most important in any debate comparisons can & will be made but are only really rellevant wrt injuries similar situations & the resulting performances simple as that or do you struggle with context?
It was a meaningless pre-season friendly with 13 first team players missing. What part of that is so difficult to understand?
Who cares what the coach or the club said pre-game? They were trying to sell tickets.
McDermott's said we're going for all 3 trophies this year, will you be stamping your feet if we don't win them all?
I stand by everything I said re the 50-10 (did Wigan have 13 first team players out?) and the silence on that from some posters is deafening!
I've not looked but I doubt there'll be a 20+ page thread on the Wigan board about the defeat.... and rightly so.
As for the cheerleaders comment, I wasn't dragging you into anything.... You've always been and still remain one of the biggest whingers on this board.
