the weird thing is that one on one and particularly with kids BMcD is a really great bloke. Maybe hes not comfortable with public speaking PR etc. Lots of rumours thats his bullying of squad members has grown substantially this year without JP and Sinfields steadying influence and lots of the squad have just had enough of dealing with him

I've always wondered if McDermott's military background means that he has an overbearing, authoritarian approach that may work with kids but is less effective with adults.
He does not seem able to brook criticism.

Just seen the Burrow interview on the website! I've always been behind the team. I was very suprised to hear Burrow say...... it will take Segeyaro time to learn the calls and plays????

Very strange considering who said it. He always seems to be on a different play to the rest of his team mates, so does only he know the play?

Unless the play is "Dummy and run straight into the nearest prop"I doubt it.

Coaches have shelf lives. Ours has well and truly expired. He needs to move on for the interest of both parties.

He's probably bored saying the same thing to the same group of players and they are probably bored listening to him.
