ALSO: what price us going back in for George Burgess when his op and recovery is finished? Few "ifs" and "buts" - BUT he'll only be 29 still if he does recover well from his hip op. Could have another 3-4 good years left in him and he seems a good character fit.

I can see this season as a make or break for both Lui and McLelland.
If Lui delivers then he will get another contract.
If not we go big for a replacement.
McLelland will get his chance this year too and let`s see if he is as good as others have predicted.
Likewise if Burgess makes a full recovery and his contract reflects his condition then I could see him at Leeds or Warrington.

Agreed. Burgess salary would also be greatly reduced. If he successfully recovers he’d be a shrewd signing but it’s a big if.
