Not clueless, but it shows how poorly England batted when most of the batsmen played stupid shots to get out (esp KP) & none of them had the application to go on to make a score that would have batted Australia out of the game.
This is exactly what Ponting and Katich are setting out to do.
Still plenty of time and the English, sorry, Welsh weather may intervene to render it all academic.
Too poor bowling sides in my view with the Aussies generally having the better mental edge.
