If we adopted the NRL system then fans and coaches would be complaining about the grading applied to offences not being consistent every time a player of theirs got banned or a rival "let off".

All the evidence and sentencing is done behind closed doors then the outcome is released publicly if the RL media had access then there would be more transparency and understanding as to why they reached the relevant outcome.
Plus the panel changes from week to week which again lacks consistency imo.

"The RL media" would report the evidence offered, the plea made by the player and the statements from match reports etc followed by the decision and the rationale behind it. Exactly what goes on the RFL website now.

So why are they crying out for access to the hearings then?????????
Do you think it's a good idea when the panel changes from week to week or the lack of consistency in punishments???
I don't and until we have a system that delivers consistent punishments to WHOEVER the culprit is or plays for i won't change my mind.
