I believe the integrity of the officials is in question yes, and I base that on years of seeing the same thing. The same thing that Referees have OPENELY admitted that they do tend to have an evening up of penalty counts in the later stages of games, if it is big in one teams favour beforehand.
Last night, we all sat there watching that game, and knew beyond doubt that we would end up getting decisions later on, due to how he had reffed the first 60 minutes. That completely smacked of inconsistency, and was an intentional decision made by Hicks later in the game. That intention to me questions why it can't be done correctly in the first place? what is the reason for not doing that?
The accountability in the NRL is far greater than we have, which is actually none existent. Without that, our officials will and should be always questioned. Does that mean intentionally Cheat as you refer? I think there is a difference to what I said.
