If blowing a kiss and calling someone an undefinable word that may begin with the letter P (but the rest of the word is subject to contention) is reason for a Rugby League player to get investigated for wrongdoing then I seriously have to doubt my commitment to this sport.

I like RL because of its pure unadulterated aggression, skilfulness and passion that each and every player gives to the sport. To have this diluted by these pathetic sideshows annoys the hell out of me.

Talking of laws, lets get the human rights act brigade on board. Zac could plead it would infringe his rights if he was not allowed to blow the odd kiss to somebody .

No tinted glasses, bias or witch hunt from me here, but if it's found to be true that he's said what he's accused of, it isn't looking good for him.

He's an incredible talent and I'd love him at Wire but if he was a Wire player I'd still want a harsh punishment and want him out of the team altogether. It's damaging the games reputation at a time when we are trying to expand, and needs stamping out.

The sad fact is it does not matter how ridiculous the whole thing is. And it IS in my opinion - as i stated previously it is a reflection of the way things are now that the deliberate physical attempt to hurt has been forgotten and the perpetrator has got off Scott free.

If a homophobic remark has been made and any pious individual ( even with a hidden ulterior motive as an opposition supporter ) makes a complaint then the authorities are obliged to investigate.
These days it really is trial by twitter.

i hope not; but the lad could even be denied the opportunity to play down under if he feels badly dog...sorry done...to. He could actually find himself with a criminal record.

Unless someone has heard Hardaker and made a complaint, for him to be banned on the basis of that video would be a an absolute disgrace.

Likewise the outrage that opposition supporters are apparently afflicted with, which is strange when you hear the sort of things they chant, scream and yell at players during a game.
