Bentley is better than any of our current back row. It would be a good upgrade plus he’s homegrown. A very astute signing it would be. Still, there’d be no pleasing everyone

Should we be looking at Kyle Flanagan? Out of favour at the moment, hooked in the game last weekend and dropped this weekend.

2/3 years in SL for some of these young players, out of the spotlight, no pressure, just concentrating on playing footy, its worked wonders for Hastings and it would be good to get someone early in their career rather than back end.

No think best to spend money elsewhere. The club see Eastmond and Gale as the half back pairing fir this year and next. Think we'll be looking at a big half back signing for 2023 to replace Gale.....

Much depends on Eastmond. He looks a million miles off though at the moment.

I'd rather sign a quality winger and give Walters/A Sutcliffe more of a go there....

Walters will definitely be in the mix next season like he has this.Martin maybe going home so for mine a good replacement.

All depends on Eastmond. Club rolled the dice on him, but if he doesn't develop in to a top class number six before the end of the season we'll have to move. Can't have another year with only one top class half.

Agree. We can’t afford to gamble on Eastmond for next season. He’s got to show something this year within the next month or two

Flanagan is pretty average. I would like to think the club are looking at a 6 but I think they will gamble on eastmond. Be interesting to see what Leeds do with the overseas spot, hopyfully they have learnt from last year and look early rather than spend overs on someone late into the the year (as much as I like Tetevano) They could look at getting a quality utility like Jake Connor or. Newcastle have got 3 OOC this year in Kurtt Man, Tex Hoy and Connor Watson, who might be worth a punt, Im sure Buderus would give us a thumbs up. If We sign Bentley, I would be happy for Martin to leave
