Salford interested in Dwyer, apparently.
No. Just no! We’d be crazy to let the one player who has actually shown any willing this season to leave. Surely we can counter any offer Salford table?
Depending what happens, I know hes 32 but would Lunt be worth a punt? See what i did there.

Depends if Hastings was coming the other way, I rate Dwyer but he’s a live wire and Not a starting hooker IMO
Lunt is way passed it.

If Dwyers not a starting hooker were in a lot worse position than what were in now. Instrumental in the games hes started this season and just enough livewire for me.

Dwyer creates eye catching breaks which masks his deficiencies, Parcell is the far better overall hooker IMO. But as I say I do rate Dwyer but not as a starting hooker.
Hooking is not just about attacking, watch tbe reolay of Bradfords first break on Saturday Dwyer jumped straight out of the line creating a huge gap

Don’t get me wrong I’d keep him no problems but if letting him go meant we got Salfords hot property id take it.

Hastings is OOC anyway, so no need for a fee or player swap.

Maloney's come out and said he hasn't asked for an early release. Mind you, the gossip was that the Panthers would be happy to let him go early and he may be trying to make sure he gets the best $$.
If we could get any halfback (within reason) who would you prefer - Maloney, Hastings or someone else?
Personally I'd rather have Hastings. His best might not be quite as good but he has shown what he can do in SL and has his best years ahead of him. Maloney on his day can be great but he's 32 already and I'm not sure he'd want to do much (if any) defending.
