Were also in for Fa'amanu Brown who Would make more sense as he can play half back.

Isn’t he best mates with Ryse Martin aswell?

I think he and Rhyse were at the bulldogs together. He’s a handy player who can play a few positions, but I don’t think he’s particularly a stand out in any of them.

No thanks, 28 years old and only 79 first team games, spread across 4 positions and 5/6 clubs.

I don't think anyone's going to be immediately blown away or even content with our 6 and 7 going in to next year as the players just aren't there. Think our hope lies with Rohan getting a combination that works, has balance and plays to it's strengths. Who it'll be is anyones guess. Could even be the same as it is now.

Next season at prop we have Mik, Tommy, Big Sam, Big Just and Goudemand. I can’t see us signing a big money prop as we’ve 5 already. Possibly use Ruan or get a project, someone from academy as prop 6. Or Donaldson, who I would let go. Or a reasonable value overseas.

I’d spend more on the spine and can see the logic in a quality hooker. I like O’Connor but too much of his passing is average. Sezer gets a lot of sub optimal ball that he then improves to get us moving.

If Austin / Sezer leave we need some genuine quality which looks hard to get in current market

There’s a halfback shortage in the NRL, we won’t be getting a top half back from there.

In fact SL will lose a few next year - Croft will go i reckon aswell as Sezer, Clifford and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Austin got a deal over there.

I fear you may be right that if both 6 and 7 go , we can’t replace with same or better quality
