Not sure on the London prop mate. I did watch the game yesterday. Really disappointing performance but never easy down there and we have a young team at the moment. That said that's no excuse. Iwan Stephens was very good again outstanding prospect,, Walters made a couple of nice breaks. The team is guaranteed 3rd now. Missing too many big guns that are gaining experience at a higher level on loan.

Femi Sanya it is - actually U16s so maybe didn’t play the weekend. Looked him up.

Holroyd - you will know more than me about his off-field behaviour, I’ll bow. From what I’ve seen on the field he has the tiger for it but perhaps he needs to learn that it’s not enough at open age to be biggest/strongest lad.

Well done Muizz big fan of that kid. Shame the likes of him, Corey, Broadbent, Walters etc have wasted a year. As for Tommy Holroyd, that kid needs to sort himself out or his career will be over before it starts.

Why have the above players wasted a year?

Because they should have had a few games in the 1st team this year. We need these kids in 3 or 4 years time to really take the club forward and to do that they need to have around 50 SL games under their belts. They need blooding at some point and it hasn't happened this year for reasons we all know about.

I was told about it a while back, interesting to see how he plays against us on Saturday.

That's a bit cryptic, are you unimpressed with what's going on in the academy?

The thing that strikes me about recent selection is that Ferres & Donaldson are both getting a game and not signed up for 2020. That's a clear message to Peteru, Oledski, Smith & Singo that their inconsistent performances are not cutting it, particularly when we are going with only 3 props, one of whom is Cuthbo and Donaldson is a true grafter but lightweight.

Agree with others, hooker is the next priority. Is Parcell still technically on loan ? In fact is Tui on loan as well? Not sure how all that works for us signing more overseas until both are resolved. I can't see much happening myself.

Dwyer has good performances sometimes, he was good against London. Where I'm not so keen is how he links with teammates, and particularly his dummy half work. Lunt, I'm guessing won't get retained next year but it wouldn't surprise me if he did either.
Johnson isn't quite ready yet but could feature from the subs bench through 2020.
If we could find new 7, 8, 9 that would be ideal but I can see us running with a very similar looking squad next year.
Actually our 2020 may be defined by how well some of the Academy prospects step up.
