funny how you can see things differently as a fan. When Sezer first came to us I was pleased as punch. the first few games when things were going his way he was great. when a new coach came along who didnt care that he was marquee but demanded the same level of effort from each of his players he changed. By the time he left I couldnt wait to see the back of him. He sat in our stands, in front of the fans belittling the club playing his wages when he'd signed for you - that's the kind of guy he turned out to be. Hes continued in that vein it appears at your club - he wants to be the star man but has been a massive disappointment and hasn't performed.
In contrast I was disappointed we signed Tui, didn't think he was anything special. I'm pleased to say he's proved me wrong. No he's not a stand out star like Sezer proports to be - but he hasn't gone missing like him either. not sure why the lack of effort was there you claim but that's not the Tui we see - epitomised by that try saving effort at the weekend that prevented a certain Hull try and ensured we won the game. And actually no lack of skill on show either. Perhaps it really is horses for courses or maybe its just that good coaches pick players that want to be coached and get rid of those who are arrogant enough to think they are already perfect.
The fact some of you are hankering for gale is funny. Hes never been that good. 2 decent seasons his entire career and mediocrity the rest.
